Parcels may be delayed leading up to Christmas

We aim to ship out all packages within 7 working days. If you purchased during a sale please  expect up to 7 days dispatch times.

After shipping please add postage transit time which is usually 2-5 business days but could be longer at these times. Please give 7 working days after shipping, before contacting us.

Europe postage is International Tracked and Signed for and is anything from 5-14 days from shipping date depending on countries laws and customs. 

​

Rest of the world is 7-21 days, also depending on the customs rules and regulations in your country. Royal Mail Claims cannot be made until 28 working days have elapsed.

The  above shipping times are guidelines and may be affected by Royal Mail Christmas delays.

 

Please note: We use tracked postage for bigger items and normal 1ST CLASS stamps for small items ie Pink Taco powder or Pearls so the postman can easily post it through your door. For all other items Tracking numbers are sent with dispatch emails. Please check junk mail if you have not received your dispatch email

 

Recommended Shipping to Africa is via DHL due to packages getting lost with ordinary mail. Please scroll  down on postage page and check your country price via DHL.If your country is not on the list please email us.
